Day 1 : USA-SAN SALVADOR (D)
Depart from the USA to San Salvador. Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Depart in the afternoon for a city tour. You will visit the most important monuments, public squares, and buildings of San Salvador, including the historic downtown. After a tour, you will enjoy a typical dinner. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: MAYAN ROUTE TOUR (B, L)
Breakfast at your hotel. Today you will visit Joya De Ceren and the San Andres Pyramid. Stop for lunch in Santa Ana. In the afternoon you will visit the archeological sites of Casa Blanca & Tazumal. After the tour is completed, return to San Salvador for overnight at your hotel.

Day 3: IZALCO, SONSONATE, NAHUIZALCO, APANECA (B, L)
After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Drive through the beautiful countryside for a visit to Izalco, the city of Sonsonate, Nahuizalco and Apaneca. Sonsonate is the fourth city in importance of El Salvador; here you will visit the colonial church and walk through the beautiful local streets. Nahuizalco is located west of the foothills of the Cerro Verde Volcano, with remains one of the last outposts of El Salvador's indigenous cultures and their famous handicrafts. Apaneca is located in the coffee region of the country, and maintains its colonial style and beautiful cobblestone streets. Time permitting you will visit a coffee plantation in Juayua. Overnight in Apaneca.

Day 4: EL IMPOSIBLE MOUNTAIN FOREST (B, L)
Breakfast. Today you will visit one of El Salvador's National Parks, the El Imposible Mountain Forest. It is located in the western part of the country and is home to a wide variety of unique wildlife species. Wild cats, deer, white and crested hawks can be seen here. Return to San Salvador. Overnight.

Day 5: ILOBASCO & SUCHITOTO. (B,L)
After breakfast, you will depart to Ilobasco, a little town renowned for its artistic clay works. They are made with great inspiration and creativity emerging from the artisan’s hands scenes of everyday life. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the workshops and buy a beautiful miniature or a marvelous sculpture. Then you will visit Suchitoto, also known as “The Old City” because of its old buildings, stone paved streets and its passive citizens. Lunch at La Posada de Suchitlán, named due to the beautiful view of the lake from its restaurant. Overnight at Posada Suchitlan.

Day 6: COSTA DEL SOL (B)
After breakfast you will depart for Costa Del Sol Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in El Salvador. Here you will time at leisure to rest, swim in the Pacific Ocean, or just enjoy the warm sun. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 7: COSTA DEL SOL (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight.

Day 8 : COSTA DEL SOL-USA (B)
After breakfast, transfer to El Salvador Airport for your flight home.
