DAY 1: USA - ATHENS
Departure on your overnight flight to Athens.
DAY 2: ATHENS
Arrival today at the Athens International Airport where
you will be met by FreeGate personnel. Transfer to
your hotel in the city. Remainder of the day at leisure.
Overnight.
DAY 3: ATHENS (B)
After breakfast at your hotel
depart on a morning city tour
which will introduce you to the
most important sites of the city,
including the
Acropolis, the Parthenon and the
Acropolis Museum. Remainder of
the day at leisure.
DAY 4: ATHENS (B)
Full day at leisure to shop in some
of the fabulous stores in Kolonaki
Square, as well as the Flea
Market. Or you may choose to
embark on one of the available
optional full-day or half-day
tours.
DAY 5: ATHENS - MYKONOS (B,L)
After breakfast transfer to the pier
for embarkation on your cruise
ship for transportation to
Mykonos. The ship sails 11:00
am. Enjoy the amenities of the
ship while cruising to Mykonos.
Evening arrival in Mykonos.
Transfer to your hotel.
DAYS 6 - 7: MYKONOS (B)
Two full days at leisure
to enjoy the beauty
of the island, its
beaches, boutiques
and restaurants. Or
take an optional
excursion to the
nearby island of
Delos, legendary
birthplace of
Artemis and Apollo.
DAY 8: MYKONOS -
CRUISE (B,D)
Morning at leisure in Mykonos. Late
afternoon transfer to the pier for
re-embarkation on your ship to
begin your 4-day cruise.
DAY 9: KUSADASI - PATMOS
(B,L,D)
Early morning arrival into
Kusadasi, a most popular Turkish
port and gateway to the ancient
city of Ephesus. In the afternoon,
your ship will call at the island of
Patmos. Here you can visit the
Monastery of St. John, where the
Book of Revelations was written.
DAY 10: RHODES (B,L,D)
Early morning arrival into Rhodes,
the Island of Roses. You will
spend a full day on the island to
explore on your own or embark on
an optional sightseeing tour. Or
simply hire a taxi and go to one of
the nearby beaches for a swim in
the crystal clear waters of the
Aegean.
DAY 11: HERAKLION - SANTORINI
(B,L,D)
In the morning the ship will call
at Heraklion, Crete. Here you
may choose to discover the town
on your own or embark on an
optional excursion to the Minoan
Palace of Knossos, followed by a
visit to the Heraklion Museum.
The next destination today is the
island of Santorini, the land of
the fabled Atlantis. After strolling
through the narrow streets of the
town, enjoy the breathtaking view
of the volcanic site below while
sipping a cool refreshment.
DAY 12: ATHENS - DEPARTURE (B)
Morning arrival in Piraeus and
transfer to the airport for your
departing flight.
