Itinerary

DAY 1: USA-ATHENS
Overnight transatlantic flight to Athens with meals on board.

DAY 2: ATHENS
Meet our representative at the airport, who will escort you to the hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.

DAY 3: ATHENS (B)
Ancient & modern blend in the morning sightseeing tour. Hadrian's Arch, the Temple of Zeus, the Panathenian Stadium, the University & the Acropolis hill with the magnificent Parthenon & the Acropolis museum.

DAY 4: ATHENS-SANTORINI (B)
Transfer to the airport for the short flight to the island of Santorini. Arrival & transfer to your hotel.

DAY 5-6: SANTORINI (B)
Much to see and do, splendid views from the mountain top villages, fine shopping, beautiful beaches, in this sophisticated international resort in a picture postcard setting.

DAY 7: SANTORINI - ATHENS - ROME (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Rome via Athens. Upon arrival at Rome airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

DAY 8: ROME (B)
Your morning tour takes you to the Quirinal palace, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, St. Peters Basilica - the largest church in Christendom, Via Veneto & more. The afternoon is at leisure to explore on your own.

DAY 9: ROME (B)
A full day at leisure in Rome.

DAY 10: ROME-FLORENCE (B)
This morning you will be transferred to the train station for a train ride to Florence. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 11: FLORENCE (B)
Visit the Duomo, the Baptistry's Gates of Paradise and Michelangelo's David. Continue to the Cathedral, Piazzale Michelangelo, the Pitti Palace, the famous Pitti Galleries containing collections of fine tapestries and many masterpieces of painting by Titian, Rubens, Murillo,Velasquez, Raphael & more. The afternoon at leisure for exploring or shopping or perhaps an optional tour to nearby Pisa.

DAY 12: FLORENCE-VENICE (B)
Transfer to the station for a train ride to the floating city of Venice. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore the city on your own.

DAY 13 : VENICE (B)
This remarkable city boasts the most extraordinary collection of architectural styles in Europe. Your walking tour includes: the Doge's Palace, St. Mark's square,the Golden Basilica & the Bridge of Sighs.

DAY 14: VENICE-ROME-USA (B)
Transfer to the airport this morning for your flight to Rome connecting with your flight to USA.
