DAY 1: USA-CAIRO
Depart via overnight transatlantic flight to Cairo with meals on board.

DAY 2: CAIRO
You will be welcomed by your host at Cairo's airport, who will escort you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free.

DAY 3: CAIRO (MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES-PYRAMIDS & SPHINX) (B)
Today your tour starts with the impressive Cairo Museum of Antiquities. Continue to the Great Pyramid of Cheops & the enigmatic Sphinx. Early evening return to the hotel.

DAY 4: CAIRO-LUXOR (NILE CRUISE) TEMPLES OF KARNAK & LUXOR (B,L,D)
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Luxor to start your 5-day Nile cruise. Afternoon sightseeing includes the Karnak & Luxor Temples, the Hypostyle Hall, the Obelisk of Queen Hatsepsut, the Avenue of the Sphinxes. Return to the ship for dinner & overnight.

DAY 5: LUXOR (VALLEY OF THE KINGS & QUEENS)-ESNA (B,L,D)
Cross the Nile by ferry to the West Bank. You will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Great Temple of Queen Hatsepsut, the Temple of Ramses III & the Colossi of Memnon. Dinner on board, followed by a Calabeya party.

DAY 6: ESNA-EDFU-KOM OMBO (B,L,D)
In Esna you will visit the Ptolemaic Temple of Khnum, the Ram headed god. Return to the ship & sail to Edfu. Afternoon sightseeing includes the Temple of the Falcon god Horus, built in the Hellenistic era at 237 BC. Return to the ship & sail to Kom Ombo. Dinner on board the ship.

DAY 7: KOM OMBO-ASWAN (B,L,D)
In the morning visit Kom Ombo's Ptolemaic Temple dedicated to gods Sobek and Haroeis. Sail to Aswan. In the afternoon visit the Elephantine island, the Botanical Gardens & the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight in Aswan.

DAY 8: ASWAN-CAIRO (B)
Disembark this morning & visit the Old & High Dams, the ancient Granite Quarries with the unfinished Obelisk & the Temple of Isis. Then, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo. Transfer to your hotel; overnight.

DAY 9: CAIRO-AMMAN
Late evening flight to Amman; assistance & transfer to your hotel.

DAY 10: AMMAN (CITY TOUR) - KAN ZAMAN (B,D)
Your tour of Amman this morning includes the ancient Citadel with the remains of the Temple of Hercules, the Greek-Roman Theater, the Archaeology & Folklore Museum. In the evening enjoy a typical Jordanian dinner with folkloric music & dancing at the Kan Zaman village .

DAY 11: AMMAN(PELLA-DEAD SEA - UMM QEIS) (B)
Drive to the Dead Sea; continue north to Pella, then proceed to Umm Qeis for a visit & a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee & the Golan Heights. Return to Amman.

DAY 12: AMMAN (JERASH-AJLOUN) (B)
Your tour today starts with Jerash; see the triple Arch Gate, the Hippodrome, the Theater & the Roman Forum. Continue to Ajloun to visit the imposing Arab castle of Qalaat El Rabad.

DAY 13: AMMAN (PETRA) (B,L)
Today you will drive south along the ancient King's Highway to the red-rose city of Petra. Walk to the Treasury, the Theater, the Courts, the Temples & other monuments. Return to Amman for overnight.

DAY 14: AMMAN-CAIRO (B)
Today enjoy a free day in Amman. Late check out from the hotel & late evening transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo to connect with your flight home.

DAY 15: CAIRO-USA
Early morning flight to New York with meals on board.
