Itinerary
Day
1, Fri: USA-CAIRO
An overnight
transatlantic flight, with meals on board, takes you to
exotic Cairo.
Day 2, Sat: CAIRO
Enjoy a warm welcome at the airport from our representative,
who will assist you through customs and baggage claim formalities
and escort
you to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Day 3, Sun: CAIRO - PYRAMIDS & SPHINX
- MUSEUM OF ANTIQUITIES (B)
Your tour this morning starts with a visit to
Giza to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World,
the Pyramids, and the Sphinx. Return to Cairo to visit the
impressive Museum of Antiquities, which houses treasures
from the 1st to the 31st dynasties of Egypt's Pharaohs, including
the treasures of King Tutankhamun. Finish your touring today at the fascinating Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can search for hidden bargains. Return to the hotel for overnight.
 Day 4, Mon: CAIRO - LUXOR - NILE
CRUISE -TEMPLES OF LUXOR & KARNAK
(B,L,D)
Morning transfer to the airport for the short flight to Luxor, to board your Nile cruise ship. Lunch on board. A In the afternoon you will start your splendid cruise by visiting the East Bank of Luxor where you will discover the complexes of Karnak & Luxor temples. Dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.
Day 5, Tue: LUXOR - WEST BANK - EDFU (B,L,D)
After breakfast, you will disembark for exploring the mysteries
of the West Bank of Luxor: the great valley of the kings and Queens where
generations of Pharaohs & nobles were buried in splendid
crypts cut into the cliffs and guarded by the huge Colossi
of Memnon. You will then visit the temple of Queen Hatchepsut.
Back to the ship for lunch. Enjoy your time free while
sailing to Edfu via Esna. Overnight on board.
 Day 6, Wed: EDFU - KOM OMBO (B, L, D)
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Nile while having breakfast on your way to Edfu. In Edfu you will discover the huge temple dedicated to the god Horus by horse carriage and tour it with your guide. Enjoy your lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo where you will visit the magnificent, unusual double temple dedicated to the god Sobek and the god Haroeris. Dinner and overnight in Kom Ombo.
Day 7, Thu: KOM OMBO - ASWAN (B,L,D)
Early sail to Aswan. After breakfast you will visit the High Dam, the unfinished Obelisque and the beautiful Philae Temple. Back to the ship for lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the beautiful Botanical Garden by Felucca, Overnight in Aswan.
Day 8, Fri: ASWAN - CAIRO - CITADEL, MOSQUES(B)
Disembark after breakfast and transfer to the airport
for your flight to Cairo. Meeting with your host upon
arrival. Proceed on a half-day visit of Citadel, Mohamed
Ali and Sultan Hassan Mosques. After the tour you will
be transported to your hotel for check-in. Overnight.
Day 9, Sat: CAIRO - ATHENS (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight
to Athens. Meet with
local FreeGate personnel and transfer to
your hotel. The remainder of the day
is at leisure.
 DAY 10, Sun: ATHENS (B)
Leave the hotel in the morning for
the Athens city tour, which will
introduce you to the most important
sites of the city. You will visit the
famed Acropolis, site of the
renowned Parthenon, and the
Acropolis Museum. Remainder of
the day at leisure. Overnight.
DAY 11, Mon: ATHENS - 4 DAY CRUISE
- MYKONOS (B,L,D)
After breakfast at the hotel, you
will be transferred to Piraeus to
embark on your 4-day Greek Island
cruise. The first port of call today
will be the jet set island of
Mykonos. Stroll at leisure through
the white-washed, flower-decked
alleyways to the sculpture-like
church of Paraportiani, or along
the waterfront to the famous
windmills.
DAY 12, Tue: KUSADASI -
PATMOS (B,L,D)
Early morning arrival into
Kusadasi, a most popular Turkish
port and gateway to the ancient
city of Ephesus. In the afternoon,
your ship will call at the island of
Patmos. Here you can visit the
Monastery of St. John, where the
Book of Revelations was written.
DAY 13, Wed: RHODES (B,L,D)
Early morning arrival into Rhodes,
the island of Roses. You will spend
a full day on the island to explore
on your own. Or simply hire a taxi
and go to one of the nearby
beaches for a swim in the crystal
clear waters of the Aegean.
DAY 14, Thu: SANTORINI -
HERAKLION (B,L,D)
In the morning the first port of call
will be Santorini, where you can
explore the land of the fabled
Atlantis. Then on to your next port
of call Heraklion, where you may
choose to discover the town on your
own or embark on an optional
excursion to the Minoan Palace of
Knossos.
DAY 15, Fri: CRUISE - ATHENS (B)
Early morning arrival in Piraeus.
After disembarkation you will be
transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure
to explore the city on your own or embark on any of
the optional tours available.

Transfer to the airport
for your departure flight.
