Day 1: USA-LIMA
Depart USA via your overnight flight to Lima.

Day 2: LIMA
Meeting and assistance upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Balance of day at leisure.

Day 3: LIMA (B)
Today's tour of Lima includes the San Francisco monastery, Plaza de Armas and Government Palace, the court of the Inquisition & the Cathedral. Continue to the Larco Museum which showcases remarkable chronological galleries providing an excellent overview on 3000 years of development of Peruvian pre-Columbian history.

Day 4: LIMA-CUZCO (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Cuzco. Meeting & assistance upon arrival in Cuzco & transfer to your hotel. This afternoon's tour of Cuzco, the former "Capital City of the Inca Empire," includes highlights of the colonial city & visits to the ruins of Tambomachay, Kenko, Puca Pucara & Sacsayhuman's gigantic zigzag-walled fortress.

Day 5: CUZCO-MACHU PICCHU (B,L)
Early morning you will board the train for a three-hour journey to the famous ruins of Machu Picchu "the Lost City of the Incas". A guided tour will take you through Temples, Houses & sacred Altars of this advanced hidden world. Buffet lunch is included. Late afternoon return to Cuzco and overnight at your selected hotel.

Day 6: CUZCO-JULIACA-PUNO (B)
Morning flight to Juliaca, and transfer to your hotel in Puno on the shores of the Lake Titicaca. In the afternoon you will explore the Sillustani Tombs of the Aymara Indians.

Day 7: PUNO (LAKE TITICACA) (B,L)
Lake Titicaca is the highest navigable lake in the world and, according to the legend, the birthplace of Manco Capac, founder of the Inca Empire. Today you will enjoy a boat trip visiting the island of the Uros Indians on the Lake and also Taquile Island. Overnight in Puno.

Day 8: JULIACA-LIMA-USA (B)
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lima to connect with your departing flight home.
