Itinerary

DAY 1: USA/MALAGA (COSTA DEL SOL)
Depart New York via overnight transatlantic flight with meals on board.

DAY 2: COSTA DEL SOL/GRANADA (D)
Early morning arrival at Malaga International airport where you will be met by your local host. Transfer to Granada. On arrival you will have a panoramic tour, the great Renaissance Cathedral adjoined by the exquisite late Gothic Royal Chapel with the tomb of the Catholic Monarchs, the Alcaiceria and the Plaza Nueva. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3: GRANADA/CORDOBA/SEVILLE (B, L, D)
After breakfast depart on a guided tour of the Alhambra (13th-15th C.), a fortified palatine city built by the Nazarite Kings, which also includes its Alcazaba Citadel and the Palaces of Los Leonesi and Comaresi, and the Generalife, a summer residence set in beautiful gardens. After the tour of Granada you will continue to Cordoba for lunch and a guided tour of Cordoba and the Aljama Mosque, initiated by Abderraman in the 8th century. Continue to Seville for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4: SEVILLE (B, D)
After breakfast depart on a panoramic tour of this charming city. You will visit the well cared for gardens of Maria Luisa Park, walk through the typical district of Santa Cruz and visit the Cathedral (15th C.), the largest Gothic Cathedral in christendom, with a magnificent chapel with paintings from Murillo, Zurbaran and Goya. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 5: SEVILLE/RONDA/COSTA DEL SOL (B, D)
This morning you will depart after breakfast to Ronda. Panoramic sightseeing tour includes the old town, the ramparts towers, the Gate of Almocabar and the Gorge of El Tajoi which divides the city. You will visit the Collegiate of Santa Maria la Mayor and the oldest Bullring in Spain from 1785. After lunch on your own you will continue to Costa del Sol. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 6: COSTA DEL SOL (B, D)
Complete full day at leisure. Enjoy the hotel facilities or the beach. Take advantage of the great shopping or just relax.

DAY 7: COSTA DEL SOL (B, D)
Another full day at leisure in Costa del Sol for relaxing, shopping or maybe an optional tour to Tangier or Gibraltar.

DAY 8: COSTA DEL SOL/USA (B)
After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your departing flight home.
