Itinerary

DAY 1: USA/MALAGA (COSTA DEL SOL)
Depart New York via overnight transatlantic flight with meals on board.

DAY 2: COSTA DEL SOL (D)
Early morning arrival at Malaga International airport where you will be met by your local host. Transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.

DAY 3: COSTA DEL SOL/GRANADA/COSTA DEL SOL (B, L, D)
After breakfast depart on a full day tour to Granada. On arrival you will have a panoramic tour, the great Renaissance Cathedral adjoined by the exquisite late Gothic Royal Chapel with the tomb of the Catholic Monarchs, the Alcaiceria and the Plaza Nueva. Lunch will be served in Granada. After lunch you will have some free time. Return in the afternoon to Costa del Sol.

DAY 4: COSTA DEL SOL/ALGECIRAS/CEUTA/FEZ (B, D)
Early morning departure by motorcoach to Algeciras to board the ferry crossing the straits of Gibraltar to Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in North Africa then continue to the Moroccan border for passport formalities. After crossing the border you will continue directly to Fez with a brief stop en route. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: FEZ (B, D)
After breakfast you will start a full day tour of the first Imperial City of Morocco, founded in the 9th century. Visit the Jewish and Christina quarters, the Royal Palace (from the outside), the Medina (World Heritage sight) with its Mosques and University, the Najarin Fountain and the Tanners quarters. Afternoon panoramic tour and free time for shopping. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: FEZ/MEKNES/BENI MELLAL/MARRAKECH (B, D)
After breakfast depart to Meknes for a panoramic city tour, then to Khenifra crossing over the Atlas Mountains to Meni Mellal where you will have free time to have lunch on your own. Continue to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 7: MARRAKECH (B, D)
After breakfast you will depart on a panoramic tour of the red city, the Menara Gardens, the Saadian Tombs (16th C.), El Bahia Palace, the Jewish Quarters and the Koutoubia Minaret. Lunch will be on your own. After lunch continue on the tour visiting the Medina with time for shopping. At the Djemaa El Fna square you will see the snake charmers, acrobats, water sellers and scribes writing letters for the illiterate. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH/CASABLANCA (B, D)
Depart this morning to Casablanca via Settat. Upon arrival in Casablanca, you will start a panoramic tour of the cosmopolitan city in Morocco, with a visit of the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque. Afternoon at leisure to explore the ecletic Medina and the magnificent Ain Diab Corniche. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 9: CASABLANCA/RABAT/TANGIER (B, D)
Morning departure to Rabat via the coast, the current capital of the kingdom. A brief city tour will show you the exquisite Tower of Hassan (12th C.) the busy Kasbah and the imposing exterior of the Royal Palace. You will also visit the Mohamed 5th Mausoleum and the ruins of the Old Mosque. Continue to Tangier via Larache. On arrival you will have a panoramic tour of Tangier. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 10: TANGIER/COSTA DEL SOL (B)
Morning transfer to Ceuta to cross the Straits of Gibraltar by ferry. Upon arrival in Algeciras you will be transferred to your hotel in Costa del Sol.

DAY 11: COSTA DEL SOL (B)
Full day at leisure enjoy the beach, the hotel facilities or just relax.

DAY 12: COSTA DEL SOL/SEVILLE/COSTA DEL SOL (B, L)
After breakfast depart on a full day to the enchanting city of Seville. You will visit the manicured gardens of Maria Luisa Park, walk through the typical district of Santa Cruz and visit the Cathedral (15th C.), the largest Gothic Cathedral in christendom, with a magnificent chapel with paintings from Murillo, Zurbaran and Goya. Lunch will be in a local restaurant. You will return to Costa del Sol in the late afternoon.

DAY 13: COSTA DEL SOL (B)
Another full day at leisure to play some golf, enjoy the hotel swimming pool or just relax.

DAY 14: COSTA DEL SOL (B)
Another full day at leisure to play some golf, enjoy the hotel swimming pool, the beach or last minute shopping.

DAY 15: COSTA DEL SOL/USA (B)
After breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the airport for your departing flight home.
